The Client: 

FMM is a joint venture between Qatar Airlines and Ferrovial in Spain. Together they have created this entity to deliver facility management and maintenance services to the award winning Hamad International Airport.

The Problem:

Whilst mobilising their staff across the airports many sites, organising their own ‘in-house’ IT team was going to take some time. They needed an IT team to hit the ground running to not only provide daily IT support to their various users but also upper tier IT services and consultancy to identify their connectivity needs and liaise with their suppliers accordingly.

Our Solution:

SystemRapid deployed a team of uniformed, onsite support technicians who swiftly received additional training on customer specific technology and were able to provide user support across multiple sites whilst exceeding SLA’s. In parallel consultancy services were provided in order to ascertain security, firewall and connectivity requirements of FMM and liaise with various stake holders accordingly in order to get. This included attending IT management meetings, negotiating with potential connectivity providers (Vodafone, Ooredoo, etc.)

Where they are now? 

Once they had their team in place and with training and close liaison a smooth transition took place, we are still very much in touch with FMM and at the ready should the need arise.

The Problem:

Orchestra Agency had a twofold requirement, one was to seek out a bespoke Managed Services Provider to deal with their IT issues and their in-house systems, a migration project and a complete systems (Hardware/Software) upgrade.

Our Solution:

SystemRapid performed a complete systems analysis to produce a bespoke Managed Services plan to encompass all of Orchestra’s requirements, from daily maintenance and incident resolution, to supporting the in-house software. We also planned and managed Orchestra’s site migration and developed an upgrade strategy to help Orchestra reach its IT goals.

Where they are now?

Successful implementation of maintenance plan and project integration has allowed Orchestra to continue operating at a high level with minimal disruption.
